Upload a new version of a document 


When there is a new version of a document available, upload it on top of the existing one so that they are kept together. You can upload a new version from either the document list page or from the document detail page.

 

Notify folder members when there is a new version available


Easily notify the members of the folder when there is a new version available so they are all aware of it. You can also include version notes to highlight what has changed.

  

 

Know when you are looking at an older version


Selecting the document from the documents list will always show and download the latest version by default. If you access an older version, it will be clear that you aren’t on the latest version.

 

See comments across all versions


When you upload a new version, all resolved and unresolved comments will persist across versions. Each comment shows if it was created on an older version, and includes a link back to view that older version.

All versions are archived in case you want to go back and see or download an older version. The history is accessible from the document detail page. is accessible from the document detail page.

Security Update - If you have previously signed in with Google or Microsoft, you won't be able to set a separate password. This is to prevent from adding unnecessary passwords.

  • Moved the support chat to the top navigation so that the floating button does not block any of the content on the page
