"Folders" are now called "Groups"

"Groups" reflect that the group of people is the central part of the collaboration, and not the set of documents. Future functionality will be targeted at helping collaboration within the group.

@mentions

When there are many people collaborating on a document, sometimes you want direct comments to specific individuals to ensure that they see it. Since these comments are important and can be time-sensitive, it is helpful to be able to track them so they don't get lost in email inboxes.

@mention someone in a comment or a reply

When writing a comment or reply, typing @ will bring up the list of the people who have access to that document. Select who you want to mention from the list, and their name will be highlighted in the comment or reply. The people that are mentioned will receive an email notification letting them know that there is a comment they should look at.

Keep track of mentions that are relevant to you

Within each group there is a new tab called "Open Mentions". Across the unresolved comments in that group, you can see the places where you were mentioned, and all of the places where you made a mention. Once a comment is resolved, it is considered completed and no longer appears in the list.
