What is a project?
Projects are used to organize developments that are being worked on.
How can I make a new project?
Projects can only be created by the Reflectivity team. Contact support@reflectivity.io and we will set up the project for you.
How do I access a project?
When you login, you will see the list of projects you have access to.
What are Project Roles?
People in a project have different access to the project based on what Project Role they are granted.
There are 3 different Project Roles:
- Owner -Owners have full access to the Project.
- Member -Members have access to existing and future public Groups in the Project. They must be manually added to private Groups
- Collaborator - Collaborators have no access by default. They must be manually added to public or private Groups in the Project.
Where can I see who is in a project?
After logging in, click on the project you are interested in and select the People tab.
How can I manage people in my project?
Who can use this feature? Project Owners can manage people in any role, Project Members can only manage Project Collaborators
Go to the People tab for the project to add/remove people or to change someone’s role.
